Seems like there should be, but I haven't heard of one. It sure would be expensive if there were.

My brother tried making wine with it one time, it wasn't very good. I've heard of some people making a meade with it instead of honey. One of the big maple producers in our area owns a fancy upscale restaurant and brewhouse, and he uses his syrup in all kinds of recipes. He claims he uses it in his IPA beers. But he's a bit of a known liar around the county, so it's hard to say for certain.

Apparently there are some that are flavoured with maple syrup.
Was with some guys recently, and one was drinking peanut butter s'mores whiskey!

(started at well over + 350%. deleting 8 or 9 photos drops it 1%.)
Still can't post a photo. At 1537/500 (+307%) there.
Started with 2,790 (+ over 500%)

I'm making progress. After a hour today of going back to the oldest posts, I decided "eck with it. just get rid of everything more than a week old. I ain't posted in no reserch wothy thread, so why not? After a week (or less) posts made in the "What ..." theeads are not looked at again for the most part. Mites well clear them photos out too."

Going a LOT faster. I might be able to post pictures again tomorrow instead of roughly Sunday or Monday.

Yep, thinking of doing the same. Started with Flickr, but I think I reached a limit, and they wanted money. I'm not gonna pay to post pics. Went to Imgur, which was a little easier, but had an issue with them too. Can't remember if I reached a limit, or was annoyed by ads, or what, but both services were a little too much trouble for this old geezer. I enjoyed being able to post directly, and didn't know I had a limit. So it's either stop posting pics, or delete a bunch of old ones. Gonna wait a little, though, before I do anything.

Its got to be fermentable and therefore distillblable......the sugar content...cmarn someone must have concocted a moon shine maple potion...i'm looking it up...you guys are hopeless....vanilla ice cream...great by itself....whatever next ?? Pour it over waffles? Or slurp great dollops on the bacon???...wait ...you didnt hear that from me.
Flavored whiskeys,Bourbons etc...no thanks. They should have flavour already if they're any good.

OK...it does exist...Miskey....but info suggests the main ingredient..makes it cost prohibitive....we are talking proper whiskey made from MS...not flavoured....
