I must apologise to Paul, and to his Wife Maria,....I haven't been on too much as of late, and I was looking through Charlie's Barlow Thread, and I was shocked to see that Paul ( and of course you too maria ) has been going though such an awful time, I am coming through a big black cloud of my own, thankful I am not in hospital anymore, and I am extremely embarrassed to have come across your terrible news so so late.
Maria - as you can see, theres a lot who care for Paul in this close "cyber' family we have here in Traditionals, and all our thoughts to you both!

"Charlow" is a relatively new colloquialism coined by Thomason as a shortened form of "Charlie's Barlows," the Tidioute Cutlery (TC-stamped-bolster) barlows that Charlie Campagna-- waynorth-- has commissioned as SFOs from GEC.

All this home-brewing and not a drop to drink, I decided to get outta the house and headed for the old Rose & Crown in Holmfirth.....

....now known as The Nook....and it brews its own ale too!

This one is suitably titled 'Yorks'....an it's grand by'eck!
