Carrying a multitool and a knife...

leatherman wave in the molle belt sheath and opposite spyderco street beat in kydex. though i have leather for both when in the city, find for some reason it is more sheeple friendly.

SOG powerlock on my belt and a folder clipped in my pocket.

I also carry an Olfa silver-2 snap blade knife for most cutting. Keep my real knives sharp for when I need something other than paper or cardboard to cut.

So yes, I have three blades on me. LOL.

ESEE Izula clipped to the belt with a Gerber Suspension Multi-tool also on the belt in it's own case and a Spyderco Manix 2 riding in the front right pocket.

Hmm, I seem to be in the minority here. I carry a small multitool and a large knife.

Leatherman Micra, in fob pocket. I like the scissors. The other tools get used a fair bit on computers (the screwdriver is a great size and shape for screwing in DVI posts on the back of LCD monitors, where a long handled screwdriver is awkward).
Victorinox Centurion. I like the long locking blade. Great for apples and kiwifruit. The SAK does have other things on it but I never use them. I'm saving up so I can replace it with a Case Slimline Trapper.

Cheers

Outside of work is the only time I really carry anything. Though when I do it is a Leatherman Charge on my belt and an RC Izula in my pocket. Now if I could just get away with carrying my BK9 around....

Today I was carrying a Leatherman Supertool and my Kershaw Blur, so yes I can say I carry both. I also carried my Squirt ES4 with me. I end up having to strip way too many wires at work.

I don't carry my multitool on my person all the time. Mainly it's always in the car. But I always carry it at work, and sometimes outside work. Usually, it is my Wave, at work and the TTI on other occasions.
I also always carry a small fixed blade and a folder. ALWAYS.

I'm left-handed, so, folder in my left front pocket and a Wave on my right-side belt. Gotta balance it out so I don't lean..:D

I carry my wave or my charge tti on me all day at work. Along with a knife of somekind.

Two reasons, first is the knife on the leatherman kinda sucks, fairly weak blade design, combined with a lock that is hit or miss tool to tool, makes me less than enthusiastic.

The follow up is that its just too darn thick and bulky of a handle to a lot of tasks where you have to get a flush cut not to mention uncomfortable for hard cutting tasks.

I converted a coworker to carrying a knife and along with the leatherman he carried for years, and he's still doing it, so theres something going for it.

for edc, my Leatherman Wave usually stays in it's belt pouch in my camera bag these days. it's often joined by a Fallkniven WM1.

if i'm off into the bush, i'll take the 'wave (pliers are handy), the WM1 and an S1.

i am more of a laptop jockey these days and i don't use my 'wave as much as i used too. i still keep it handy because when you need it, you're glad it's there.

Leatherman Charge AL is always in my backpack (which doubles as my work "briefcase") and my EDC-of-the-day in my front right pocket.

another leatherman charge AL and EDC-of-the-day guy here. although my leatherman is in its sheath on my belt on my right back/side. essentially use the leatherman for everything but cutting, and the knife for, big surprise, cutting. i think mostly bc don't have to unsheath the EDC so its one less step. the 154 cm plain edge blade and option for serrated vs plain edge on the leatherman is nice...but i just like using my edc for cutting tasks. seems more traditional i guess.

Absolutely -- Small Sebenza and Leatherman Juice (starting to keep an Izula nearby as well). The Multi has tools (scissors, screwdrivers, bottle openeer, awl, etc.) that my Sebbie doesn't. Plus, it has a back-up blade!

Seb is always in my front right pocket. Juice is in my satchel. Izula is around my neck or in my jacket's inside pocket.

As I am unemployed I usually just clip a Sebenza, CRKT S-2, or another Ti framelock in RF pocket with any of many Wharncliffe bladed "gentleman's" knives (Berreta Electra, Kershaw Centofante) in the bottom of the same pocket.

When employed, I rotate large blades more often and add an original Leatherman to my belt. I also have a small multi that fits like a tick on my keychain..name unknown.

Happy Holidays!

I will carry a Spyderco Caly3 in ZDP and a Victorinox swisstool. Besides for having a better blade steel, pulling out a pocket knife is easier than the multi tool when you just need to cut something quick. I carry my swisstool on my right hip, and my caly3 in my right front pocket.

In addition to whatever knife/knives I am carrying that day, I also carry a titanium Leatherman Charge. I have an ankle pouch that holds both the Charge and the optional bit kit. I do not use it often, so an ankle pouch works great. This way I can carry a knife clipped to both my left and right pockets.

Also carry a Olight M30, 700 lumen flashlight, and a Fenix P1D-CE microlight.

The Leatherman and lights are about the only thing that does not change from day-to-day.

I typically have my messenger bag with me because I tend to keep my laptop, textbooks, school work wherever I go, so I keep a Leatherman Wave in that bag. I try to only carry one folder in my pockets. I carry way too much crap in the pockets as it is.

I like to carry my Leatherman Blast or Wave on my belt and My Spyderco Native clipped to my left pocket (south Paw). The problem I have is that now I have a cell phone and by the time I put the Cell Phone on my belt and my multitool on my belt and my keys hanging on my belt, thats just to much stuff. So I usually keep the MT in a bag and just carry a Victorinox Fieldmaster on my belt with cell phone. Still though, thats alot to carry to me, I hate having stuff in my pocket and I hate having stuff hanging on my belt. I guess that puts me in a pickle huh?
