Carrying more than one EDC?

I also am a fan of the large/small carry. At work I generally only have one knife with me (office setting) when I'm in my bluejeans I carry two.

Small fixed, usually fallkniven juni and a folder: al mar sere, lone wolf lobo or spyderco vallotin all d/a.
I use the juni in sheeple settings cause it's cute according to most.

I usually carry a modern with a traditional most of the time it's a Manix 2 with a yellow camel bone Fremont Jack!

I usually carry a large Sebenza, a balisong, and a nice strong fixed blade if I have the opportunity to carry all that I want.
The folder for regular cutting
The fixed if I need to get serious
The balisong just to flip. Since the balisong is always in my hand, it gets used for cutting the most though. It's just convenient to use when 90% of the time, it's out and ready to go.

For I need all of them, absolutely not. But do they make tasks easier, yes.

I never leave the house without these. I'll be adding a traditional folder to the mix soon.

I almost always carry two. Primary (ZT 0562, ZT 0550, or HK 14715)in FR pocket, and a smaller folder (Spyderco Native 5 or BM Volli) in LR.
I didn't used to until a coworker, who takes krav maga and other various hand to hand courses, brought up the point that if you're ever in a situation where your primary hand or knife is disabled, you still have a backup.
And I just like to carry two...twice the awesomeness!

At work I only carry one though; ZT 0200 or BM Presidio.

I carry everything in this picture on a regular basis. The only difference is that the OomNoomZeta is swapped out for my CF Insingo CRK, or else a 0562CF. The Bladeforums Traditional, I have had in my pocket every single day since I got it. I always carry a lighter and a flashlight, because you never know when you might need to light a cigar in the dark, AMIRITE?

Always carry two. I am on a two week shutdown so today my 530 is getting some pocket time. Clip-less in my front pocket. My Military in my rear pocket.

I usually wear cargo pants. Plenty of carry options there. Front left pocket has a Spyderco Dragonfly sans clip and occasionally a small slipjoint (Case Swayback Jack, Peanut or Stockman). Right side thigh pocket has a larger knife--any of several Spydercos with 3-3.5" blades. If I'm wearing jeans, I move the larger knife to the right rear pocket. Dressier pants without jacket? I just carry one lightweight knife.

Always two. On work days it's a Brous Silent Soldier (wharncliffe) necker and a Spyderco Kiwi 4; on days off it's the Brous and my GEC #92 wharncliffe. The #92 is probably going to be upgraded to a GEC #77 Barlow (sheepsfoot or wharncliffe) soon.

I oft en carry two, three if you count the Victorinox Classic on my key ring. Lately I have been carrying my all stainless Delica 4 clipped to my right front pocket with a Great Eastern Cutlery #55 Houndstooth carried loose in the bottom of the same pocket.
I could get by with just the Delica or the Houndstooth, no way I'm giving up my classic, but I like knives and so I carry both. To be fair some tasks are better suited to one knife than the other so it's not really all that strange to carry a couple.

Jim

This exactly. Today my 2nd knife is a SAK Compact. More often, it is a Cadet.

I usually go the trad./modern route. Traditionals don't seem to freak people out. I always have a Vic Pioneer or Farmer on me and I add a LM Surge for work plus I keep a Vic Classic on my keys. At any given time I have 4-6 knives on me. I never realized that until just now, lol.

I usually carry at least 4. They are a mixture of modern 1 hand open, traditional, and tool. Today it was a Bench made 550 clipped in FRP, a peanut in the watch pocket, a case saddle horn in FRP, and Victorinox in the FLP. The task at hand and social situation determines which I pull out.

Usually 3ish for me.

I'll have whatever large folder is living in my FRP, my Leatherman Juice, and a Brous Silent Soldier that is clipped in the loop where the cinch rings for my belt attach. I wear the belt rings to the left side, so the soldier is basically where a normal belt buckle would be.

I think the SS gets used the most. It's super easy to reach, tiny and unobtrusive.

A small sebenza in the shirt pocket and a large sebenza/Umnumzaan in the front left pants pocket. A Strider in the cargo pants side pocket. Some days the small sebenza gets left behind

I usually keep a folder in my right front, and then my BK14 clipped to my belt with the handle down on the left side.
Sometimes I have a Cold Steel Mini-Tac on my belt at the 6 o'clock for my left side.
If my Walther isn't on my right hip I'll have the Becker there, and probably a 380 in my back right pocket.

It seems almost redundant to carry an extra knife on your person at all times. Especially when weight/strength/dependability are leading reasons in why one purchased a specific knife in the first place.

Obviously, we live very different lives...
