Carrying more than one EDC?

I have two EDCs if you count my SAK on my keys. I love having a backup blade, not sure why but more blades feels better.

In my experience the 0562 and 0801 have pretty similar geometries and excel at similar tasks...i know they call the 0562 a "slicer" grind but i feel like the performance is similar. Not sure if you have a different take?

You sir are correct. In all the testing I have been doing both knives are pretty much the same. The 0562 has more belly to the blade, and it makes certain tasks that require this a tiny bit easier. I have yet to pull out the calipers to measure the edge thickness and overall grind.
