That's pretty cool. I don't think I've seen those covers before. What does Case cal that?lThis guy is smooth all the way through.
That is freaking incredible!I'm a fan of the Case Sowbelly in stockman trim. Got a nice older one in Midnight bone that I had Glenn modify: the original "Beerbelly."
If you ever have the desire to add a second stockman, I think the sowbelly is the highest quality regular production knife Case makes.Everytime I see one, I kind of wish I would have known about them before I got my medium stockman.
I wish Case would make all of their sowbellies with the option of CV steel... I like the sycamore, but I would prefer CV. I bought my oak just because I got it at a good price, and it takes a really nice edge, as do most of their SS blades.I really like the stockman version myself. It's beefy in hand, yet dissappear in the pocket. This is my first, but I got another one on the way.

That Mod is awesome, Case should do that.I'm a fan of the Case Sowbelly in stockman trim. Got a nice older one in Midnight bone that I had Glenn modify: the original "Beerbelly."
That’s one classy Sowbelly, the bullet shield is a nice touchView attachment 1442672 Here is one of my case sowbelly.it started out as a yellow Derlin cover in CV steel. Thanks to @jsdistin it now has OD canvas micarta covers with a bullet shield. It is in my pocket everyday and has no half stop
I believe it is Red & Black fiber weave. The blades are CV. There are still some out there. That's pretty cool. I don't think I've seen those covers before. What does Case cal that?l
