Have you ever used Corian guys? It's a white and lovely stuff, I think, to be used for handles. I'd like to have in mine too.

Yup.
Unless they have changed the recipe, it tended to be a bit fragile when thinned out.


 
So I got these carbon scales for my 940. The problem was they were too square. Very bulky compared to the stock scales which are contoured very well. I decided to go after them with a dremel. I took some off each side and cut notches in the back spacer. It's better, in my opinion, but of course I am no expert and don't have the honed skills of other on here. It is a little rough, especially on the sides. Any suggestions on the final smoothing of edges? finer grit sandpaper? other options?
