CBM's - Customized Benchmade's

I've had better luck with RIT dye on other G10's, but the blue on this Griptilian turned out 100x better than it was before.

I started with this...

Thought I commented on the resurrected 910 above. The new scales really compliment the lightly worn hardware. Very nice! :thumbup:

Thanks man! It was a first for me working with this model. I thought it was simple yet rugged looking. I am happy, the customer is happy...win/win.

I will be taking a break over the next few months. Gottta prepare for hunting season and get in the woods.

Some pics of my blue twill scales from DOAT (Ryan), showing the polished and heat-colored spool standoffs. Color matches the scales pretty well. :thumbup:

Small Summit Lake (fantastic knife BTW), with maroon linen micarta.


This shade is just beautiful. I'm thinking that would look good on my Griptillian. Been carrying it for a few years now but would like a better looking handle than the factory one. I know I talked to someone on here some time ago but cant find my messages.
