I have neither seen evidence, nor observed any infringement claims against CH knives...just BS statements by people who ostensibly have next to no knowledge of IP law. In the meantime, I will continue to enjoy great value as a consumer. ...and please...save the lecture about trademarks, copyright, design patents, trade dress, etc. etc. I am well aware of the issues surrounding illicit trade. It is clear that in the area of utility tools such as knives, unless it is a CLEAR trademark or trade dress infringement, you can forget about making IP infringement claims. Knife design is extremely difficult to enforce, as their is simply too much prior art. Even the most novel and exclusive custom designs borrow design elements from prior art.
