Changes

Congrats on turning your life around! I have been fighting a battle with my weight, and 6 months (or so) ago, I was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes. My HGA1C was 10.1, and my doc was wanting to start me on meds, and monitoring my blood sugar. My wife and I are musicians, and finger-sticks would definitely not work for me. After talking with my MD, we decided to see if diet and exercise changes would do the trick. So I buckled down, changed my diet, and we go to the gym three days a week. My HGA1C has dropped down to 6.5 (normal is 4.0-6.0), and the weight is also dropping.
Thanks for sharing, and thanks for the opportunity!
This is a great result! My congratulations! I also have Type 2 diabetes and currently, I'm working on weight loss. I've just ordered Ozempic online, my doctor said it will not only lower A1C but also help me lose weight. And of course, I go to the gym two days a week and to the pool on weekends. My goal is to lose about 40 pounds and drop my A1C from 9 to 6 (at least).

An inspiring post that can be a wake up call to some that are thinking that their life is ok but really need a shake up and a new mirror to see what the true reflection shows.

And your avatar reminds me of that scene and it holds true to those starting down the path to recovery

Good news to share and excellent giveaway too
