Yeah, all the TX ribs or brisket I get out here is done dry rub, even from TX natives. St. Louis ribs done in sauce is what I prefer. I really should go get the smoker from my dads house, used to love smoked stingray! I would eat it cold with nothing on it! Tasty stuff for sure!
Although, I won't be fishin for 'rays anytime soon, found out the motor on the fishing boat had aquick access hatch in the side of the block...I about shot the dammed thing when I saw the f***ing connecting rod sticking out the side.

Bought the boat and motor brand spankin new back in '09, only have about 50 hours on the main motor, maybe 150 on the kicker motor which was also brand new and is going strong. Tempted to sink the dammed thing and report it stolen, not really, but it did cross my mind.
Anyways, since I'm on a rant (lol) my worthless co-worker didn't do a dammed thing this morning, not even make change for the registers, drank my rockstar, and took off as soon as I got here to go to my friends memorial in Santa Cruz, but to take his wife and kids to the beach to play. Now he says he won't be in tomorrow and I am going to have to work open to close. Grrr.
