this is a little of the convo between I and them..
their Machines destroyed A package I sent out , Bob got the label only..over 3 weeks latter,, ..and they admit fault....
he got a note with the label saying " the box was damaged in shipping "
(that's an understatement:jerkit: )
on the back of the envelope
I emailed a report on it and this is some of what they will do about it..
right? they won't even refund the shipping money..

I apologize, we cannot offer any refund or recompense for your item. To process and deliver the huge daily volume of mail in a timely manner, we use high-speed automated mail processing equipment; occasionally this equipment malfunctions causing damage to a few pieces of mail. We are not held liable for damages occurred during the processing or handling of mail matter under Title 28, Section 2680(b) of the U.S. Code, except for the following items:
- Registered Letter Post items.
- Insured Parcel Post® items.
- International Ordinary Parcel Post items
- Collect On Delivery (C.O.D.) items.
- Express Mail® items.
