Chef Knives To Go, Chosera Stones, and Edge Pro. I need some Advice.

I use an edge pro professional (stock stone so far). i have done over 400 knives with it these are the two things that I will mention. 1 Your results will be worlds better. Period. 2 buy a plain leather strop. Even after you remove the burr, there will be little bits left on the edge. The plain leather (smooth side) will take that right off, and yes, you can shave hair. P.s. horse butt leather is best for this because it has less give.
