choombak CHOOMBAK (Amarendra ) A LOW LIFE

My last two weeks.

1 I bought a flashlight sent paypay, the seller said he fried the flashlight putting a battery in and refunds my paypal.
I said I would buy the fried flashlight and he didn't respond.

2 I posted flashlights wanted, Two posts later someone listed the flashlight I was looking for and someone else bought it.

3 A couple days later another guy listed a flashlight I posted WTB again someone else bought it.

It just proves people don't look at WTBs and list their items.

Then this.

Both. First "I'll take it from the person I choose" I guess. Not the best way, but it is what it is. I'm not saying it's right, but no need to get worked up over, imo.

Mercy, I can't say I agree with your assessment but I realize points of view will differ and even after dotted I's and crossed t's their is always gray areas. In this case while let me reiterate I don't agree with this threads exsistance, I'm interested is not I'll take it. It's tire kicking, undecided, and means nothing. It should have never been posted in the sales thread. Questions should have been asked via pm or email and research done without expecting something to be put on hold. If he post I'll take it in time before getting information well that's life. I also agree seller sells to whomever, for any reason. I do believe also that if not selling to Rick was based solely on other guy making up his mind, it was wrong to violate the rules set in the sale post. Like other member said I would have just put on don't deal with list and left it at that.

Tis true, but what can ya do?

Just keep your head up and eyes peeled and no doubt you'll find what you're looking for.

You could also put what you are looking to buy in your signature. That way it will be at the bottom of every post you make, not just contained in a small corner of BF.

Thank you, well said.

We actually don't know what transpired between seller and buyer via private communication, so saying that the seller violated his own sales terms is mere speculation and heresay. In the end, the mitigating factor is the statement regarding refusal of sale. This thread should not have been started and should be closed as there was no transaction between the Op and the seller.

I agree!

And, this thread's title: "A LOW LIFE" ought to be removed.

I'm sure you'll find another flashlight eventually...& life will once again, be beaming brightly for you, Mr. Gray.

Maybe you should read everything?

He said, "Though technically you have a firm "take it", I'm checking with him."
Sounds like a violation to me?

I said, "he may not be a low life, but what he did was pretty low.

Two hours."

He was wrong and he admitted it by saying, ""Though technically you have a firm "take it."

True, and I might be nitpicking but if a deal was reached before Rick posted I'll take it then the I'm interested should have been edited to I'll take it. In any case live and learn.

Which means that because you where second to contact him, he was giving who ever was first some time.....
Nothing wrong with that.....he even said "though technically"

I hate when you want to buy something but have a few questions the add did not answer and lose it to someone who comes in with a firm "I'll take it" that bothers me.....but, that is the way it goes sometimes.

The hurdle you need to get over is that if the seller has a clause in his sales thread stating that he can sell to who ever he wants, for whatever reason, then that over-rides everything.

You don't have to like it, but It needs to be respected, it's his 'thing' to sell....

He had the right to sell to who he wishes but to come on here throwing a tantrum over a flash light calling the guy a lowlife is just crummy on your part. Take the higher road and act like a adult over the situation you seriously just pulled like a 8th grade Facebook move smh.

Wow, I can't believe some of these people.

It bothers you, really.

That's the way it's suppose to work and wait TWO HOURS?

"CONTACT" is not "I WILL TAKE IT".

Which words don't you understand?

It sounds like your're one of the tire kickers.

Sorry I didn't thank you earlier.

Putting WTB in my signature is a good idea.

Why can't these people read?

Twice I posted maybe he's not a low life but what he did was pretty low.

Read, will you.

Also, I pmed him this thread, he could respond?

He applied a intereste and maybe wanted to know something of the product maybe it wasn't a spec he could have looked up on his own maybe it was a condition issue granted. And you saw and knew the guy had interest and thought shit I'll throw a I'll take it and maybe I can swipe it using the I'll take it route. Now that it didn't work for you you got all pissy. You don't know how long the pm's or emails went back and forth between the old owner and new owner maybe it was two hours so what none of your business really. At the end the seller chose to sell to he wished stated in his sell thread without reason and you brought him here on blast hoping to get a coddle of a reason . Smh
