This is being blown way out of proportion, the name calling and such does no good. People need to communicate better, if you lay out terms of a sale then stick to them. Don't assume that the "sellers can sells to whomever they want" will not bring on these threads if earned somehow.

By the same token, if you miss the item better luck next time and move along. Throwing a tantrum in a forum viewed by the public is a good way to ensure no one ever deals with you for a good long while. Poor form all around.
