Chuck Griffin -- Bad and or Ugly

Nope... no progress at all. :( I still call every once in a while, when I think about it. Always the same thing... it rings, answering machine picks up, and the same damned message. Though a couple times it has been a busy signal! I don't know what the deal with this is. If you guys want, go ahead and call him: 405-947-5800. If he ever answers tell him "**** you" for me, ok? :mad:

I just emailed Steve, who also got ripped off. We got to try and do something.
 
.........but several Forumites have lost big $$$$'s and I wanted to see if there has been any further progress in getting satisfaction. To wait for a year or more and then not only loose your dreams but your hard earned money is too much.......:(.....It's a damn shame.
 
Ya... I emailed Steve and he said he has done anything yet. :( I've been really busy... got laid off, got a new job, looking for a new place to move to, girlfriend, etc. I wish I knew where Chuck Griffin is... still hard to believe he'd just vanish. But then his phone bill is still being paid. :(
 
does anyone live near him? maybe one of our forumite friends can pay him a house call or somethign if you can get a better addy?
 
Guys, get your depositions all together, secure legal representation & sue him into penury. Sounds like there substantial amounts of money at issue here- sue for breach of contract, misrepresentation, loss of potential revenue & simple dickheadedness.
 
Not a thing. :( I blame myself a bit for that though, I have not followed through with trying to contact the athorities. I wish I had a number to the local police there and I wish they could help. :(
 
This would be an interesting one for Ira to take a look at. He has been able to do so much for the others he has worked on. Any chance Mr. Wolfmann601?

This is EXACTLY what I said WAY BACK WHEN. There is ENORMOUS talent right here on BFC. Cops up the kazoo, Good cops, great cops and COP'S-COPS. Police Chiefs, Police Administrators, prosecutors, judges, defense Attorneys,Legal researchers, and plain HONEST and DECENT folks ALL make up the REAL BF.

I just have a lot of time now, and full time Police work IS who I am. Since I have the time and get my ROCKS off doing this, and it brings back my self-worth, I "Facilitate". I just set things in motion, post what is going on and then read TONS of E-mail guiding me in the right direction!!!!

So, from this day on, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE post ANYONE who has scammed you, stole from you, lied to you or INTENTIONALLY SCREWED YOU. It will be MY PLEASURE to start the "HUNT" and then with your help, NAIL the POS to a wall. If WE, key is WE, could NAIL [and I mean NAIL] a Schmuck all the way in IRELAND, NO SCAMMING POS is safe on BF if HE/SHE LIVES IN THE USA.

I have nothing to add to this issue, but I must tell you that your last two posts here are a hoot!!!! I suspect that the younger forumites wonder what you are ranting about, but old codgers like me enjoy the memories!! Perhaps Jimmy Olson can do a Daily Planet special on this scumbag!
 
If this guy goes by chuckg on ebay, he is still active. Ironicly, it seems that the chuckg persona on ebay is a husband and wife using the same sign in. There are items purchased there that a woman would buy for her kids and some sports stuff as well. (If it is him, he really likes Randy Moss.)
I notice in his feedbacks that on those instances where he was the seller, there were negative or not so happy neutral feedbacks. As buyer, they were great. Hmmmm.
Hope that help some how. It's the best a goyum corpsman can pull out at this hour.

Hey folks, I'd like to point out that Gollnick and NaTeDoGG (among others) posted about "Chuck Griffin", but Steve Harvey and sniperboy posted about "Mr. Griffith". These aren't the same person, are they?

Let's make sure who we're talking about. I'd hate for someone else to get maligned if they don't deserve it just because of a similarity in names. If both people deserve a bashing, separate the names and give each one their own Bad/Ugly thread.
 
If I am not mistaken it is the same person.. It's been a long time but I think it's Chuck Griffith. I have had good dealings with him before he had this grand dream of making these custom balisongs. We bought and sold stuff to each other with no hitch.. I htoguht he was a great guy.

It doesnt change the fact that he cheated Nate and Steve H, and maybe coutless others but I can only hope it was a downward spiral that got out of control, and not intentional. I am sure nate has all the info you need from addys to tele #s.

Charles Griffith and Charles Griffin brought up seven matches for OKC residence..
