Client says they recived an empty box, how to procede?

People love piling on, don't they. Seller seems like a stand up guy to me. Thread should be closed.
 
I wood buy from Ben. ;) Seems like a great guy trying to make something work for himself, which is already above and beyond in my mind. Lessons to be learned for sure, but he always seems like an honorable type of guy.
Looking forward to meeting you in person Ben, and I hope you have some wood I fall in love with.
 
A young man who stood tall and took responsibility and refunded the buyer quickly , cannot get any better than that . Good on you Ben .
 
Mistakes happen, lessons learned. Give the guy another chance, I will.

I like how you resolved this in the end. I doubt it will affect your business. You did it right when you offered a refund or replacement right away. Keep up the good word!
 
Sounds like everyone was a stand-up sort on this. I give them both a stamp of approval. You know, for what it's worth. From a totally uninvolved party. I'd buy or sell with either of you.
 
I mail a lot of stuff. I buy clear packing tape for a commercial type tape dispenser from Office Depot. I buy tape in shrink wrap packs of twelve at a time to save money in the long run. I tape the crud out of my packages so that they are almost waterproof. Have you ever seen seen footprints on your packages? Have you ever seen baggage handlers at airports throw packages off of planes? Some of these people do this for entertainment. Charge 25 cents more for your shipping and tape the @#$ out of your parcels. My big mouth opinion again. Larry
