Cliff Stamp Has Passed Away

I just learned of Cliff’s passing while searching google for an old review of his. I thoroughly enjoyed his knife tests and learned a lot from him. Whether you loved him or hated him he was a major contributor to what we know about knife performance over the last 20+ years.

I had heard he passed and couldn't believe it, he was a unique and knowledgeable man. I very much enjoyed his videos and learned a great deal. Few of us have used knives as much as him, the wealth of knowledge lost is only slightly softened by his generous gift of teaching and sharing of videos. So many hours spent sharing his thoughts and findings, opinions and humor, he will be greatly missed. The knife world was made better by him and is darker now. So young with so much left to teach....
 
Back n the day I sure learned a lot from him and loved his posts. I stayed away from BF for quite some time and this is very sad news to me.
