Chicago needs to vote these people out of office, what retards. Not one person voted against this crap. Ticks me off and I don't even live there.

This makes no sense,,,

The new city ordinance bans gun shops in Chicago and prohibits gun owners from stepping outside their homes, even onto their porches or garages, with a handgun. It will take effect in 10 days.

Typical Politician B.S. Can't leave your House with said Gun, but you have to leave the City to get Training??? :confused: I thought CommieFornia was bad, looks like Chicago wants to be on top. Even worse, they are gonna use your tax dollars to defend their stupid laws in court! :rolleyes:


If I lived in Chicago, I would have to move. I wouldn't want to be infected by the disease that these Politicians and people that keep them in Office have. Just sad,,,:(
 
Typical political BS. Detroit had a rash of car jackings. Then Michigan went to a right to carry state if you have no criminal record you can get a CCW.Now car jackings are non existant. What does that say but no one wants to face the real facts. if you outlaw guns only criminals will have guns.

Yeah, I bet that would change their tunes. Just like Rosie O. it's okay for them to protect themselves with armed bodyguards. But its not okay for the common citizen to carry and defend themselves.
 
Politicians do not care about you and yours.As long as they have an armed bodyguard it is all okay. Why do they feel like their life is more valuable than ours?I can not even remember how many death threats I have gotten in my line of work. I do and will continue to carry a firearm for protection! I am not willing to wait for someone to come and protect my family.All the criminals in Chicago have guns why not the hard working honest citizen?I bet crime rates would drop and that is a proven statistic!

I have a ccw, but I just carry,, it doesn't matter if you have the card,, if you shoot someone, u have 15 min to re holster and lay on your belly and wait to go to jail,,, that's better than dying or seeing your family harmed ,,,, in any city....
 
Morning guys, I agree with J. if someone want to do something to family, shoot and then ask questions....it's better than regret later and see them walking the next day.

BTW: test did well, have to wait for 3 days and I get the result but they say it was OK. so I'm happy. Tomorrow shooting practice.
 
Any of you guys have a Cobra Belt from SOE Gear? could you make some comments on it? and pics if possible.

I need to get some gear and wanted to get it from SOE but will like to hear any of you guys on that belt. thanks.

Not sure how he fits in over there. I think he lives somewhere around the Epi-Center. He does a lot of reviews of SOE gear on youtube. J should be able to say,,,
 
Ive got a one of John's cobra belts. Like anything made my SOE it is bomb proof. You will not destroy this belt with anything short of taking a knife to it. I prefer the cobra buckle over typical riggers buckles for how easy it is to get it open. However if you will be switching your belt between pants daily it may get annoying since you will probably have to take the male portion off the belt to fit it through your belt loops. I wear my ACUs for several days in a row so it doesn't bother me. The other place this belt shines is when used as stand alone pistol belt or as the inner belt for a battle belt.
 
I'll need to look into one of those SOE belts...thanks for the info Truk and 11aabn.

Last night the wife and I went camping with the dog. Unfortunately fishing was limited due to the dog going rogue and turning a nice serene lake into a sloshy storm of wild canine. We had fun, and I was able to catch one decent bass from shore. I hope everyone's 4th of July weekend is a great one. I'm heading to Ribfest in a bit to go chow on some tasty pork products.
