I started a job re-evaluation process at work. The entire affair should take three months.
Got a ton of paperwork to fill / interview with HR people and my boss.
Hoping to get one pay grade increase....maybe maybe two....

Congrats Kurt. The stamp reference flew over my head. It is illegal to collect stamps in Illinois.
