How did surgery go, Mike ?

My dad didn't come home from hospital today,,, he could have chosen to, but he has to come in on Monday for more tests, so he decided to stay over the weekend aswell,,, must be some pretty nurses on his ward ;)

Today, two ladies intentionally blocked my way during my running workout. Last week I literally ran into a guy doing the same thing, i.e. standing in the middle of the trail with a stupid smile and an arrogant look, waiting for me for... what? I must be doing something wrong.

Next time try screaming "they're coming they're coming!! run for your lives!!".........they will either move, or run with you..................
 
Thanks guys, I'll try it all. Except for Ob1korobi's advice :D So far, that guy I wrote about got poked in his ribs with my elbow in the end...
