I work out or exersize everyday I just uped it to 5 miles is all
I am big and over the size I like to be
not what I was in the usmc I was 230 and ran 3 to 4 miles everyday and picked up heavy shit for no reason but to put it doown again
And now I do it for my own good not somebody screeming at me lol

Keep ur heads up in troublesome times remember the glass is half full
