Well, as you know, no one has ever used the word "pretty" anywhere near me.

OK, once ... when I was standing next to Amy-0.

But that's it.

And hopefully we'll find Arne and Ben can say "hi" to him on his home turf.
 
Good day guys.

Being reading the books from A Song of Ice and Fire (tv series a Game of thrones is based on them).
Its just cool, when you think your favorite character is going to get saved or do something like win war, he or she gets killed. Its kind of weird how the hole story works its self in a way that you cant stop reading.
There's a lot of sword fighting, daggers, knives and blood.
TV series is cool, really well made and stays in the line of the book, but I have to say; if you have the time, get the books.
Just finished nº3 and got nº4 ready.
 
Busy day today. Drove a friend of mine to the hospital to have his stitches extracted after a surgery. Uneasy trip for the whole forenoon. Attended a job interview then. Later on, the friend called having problems and needed to go to the hospital once more. Took him there and back again, collected meds for him. I got to see new parts of the city. I didn't even have time to make myself a cup of coffee. Satisfied I did something useful today.
 
Guys, just hypothetically, if a Czech knife and outdoor enthusiast liking moderate to warm climate wanted to move to any U.S. state, which one would you recommend?
 
Morning gentlemen. My advice would be either Arizona or Tennessee. I spent alot of time in Murfreesboro when I was a kid and I always remember the decent weather. Even during the winter.

Working on some kydex for some Hortons and a new sheath for the reverse edge.
Leather is ok but wanted to try kydex.

Move to California. I live on the coast, I have a three hour drive to the Sierras if I want the mountains, 10 minutes to the beach, an hour to a lake and just about any open space is within a short drive. We have it all. Plus, women are not allowed to drive if wearing a house coat. Seriously, we have it all.
 
Erm, the absence of knife restrictions is more important than the climate to me. Although I sold a great part of my collection (the best part, actually), I still have enough knives to set the whole NYPD to Code Red if I stepped on the NYC soil with them :D If it's still AZ, TN and CA then, even better :)
 
Uggghh.........Commiefornia..............i dont know about their knife laws , but their gun laws SUCK...........Thats all i have to say about that...............
 
Florida is nice but there are no mountains. North Florida is fairly temperate. Good Laws here for weapons and self defense.
