Data overload
Jeremy put his Tennessee Tactical Edge on those especially for you. Dont look and feel sharp but cut like hell.Jeremy, I'm somewhat confused by the Neckers you sent me. I purchased a 1095 carbon steel Scagel slipjoint short after jumping for the Neckers and when I got the knives, I naturally tested and compared their sharpness.
I usually touch the edge with my thumb first, and here I found out that the Scagel is very sharp, I don't hesitate to say wickedly bity indeed. It bit in my skin immediately wit the slightest pressure. Not the Neckers.
Now the interesting part: When I need to cut something, be it a piece of wood, plastic, paper, a cord, skin, an apple or some meat, the Neckers perform better than the Scagel, despite the Scagels thinner blade. I'm really surprised by this and find the Neckers to be very "user friendly" - highly effective but I think they won't bite my ass. I don't know how you do this, but they treat me really good.
My hat's off to you, Sir.
