Jeremy, I linked the pic from a Czech news server. But it's the actual photo of how it looked yesterday evening. I've taken a camera with me today, so I'll get my own pics hopefully. We had 14 F / -10°C today morning and it had snowed some more.
Time to get crosscountry skis.

Had to report for jury duty this morning - 1.5 hour drive to get downtown - then I'm the 5th person chosen to serve on a jury :eek:

Got released though so I guess my interview didn't go so good :thumbup:

It was a domestic violence criminal case - I hate punks that hit women

And I hate all kind of fucking terrorist, those are the biggest punks because they don't even give rights to women. I hate terrorist.
 
More snow overhere in Flanders,,, traffic is in total chaos,,, yes, we're a well-prepared country :rolleyes:

Coming night will be the coldest of this cold wave,,, the weekend will see temperatures rise again, but it will bring rain,,, anyone up for a trade of climate ? :D
 
I wish, Chibbi :) They threathen us to be -20°C / -4 F this night.
The traffic collapsed in Prague totally today - I drove home from work 2,5 hours, normally it takes 20 min. There was a new city bypass built this year, there is a huge bridge in one place with tunnels in front and behind it - and it got closed due to the snow. WTF?! A modern traffic construction in a country that has snow 4 months each year isn't ready for snow? Bite me, suckers! I didn't take any photos, I wasn't in the mood to shoot a traffic jam :grumpy:

I have never even come close to serving.

Former military officer ... card-carrying scientist ... advanced degrees.

I am, apparently, a defense lawyer's worst nightmare.:o

I hate punks that beat women!I loved making arrest for domestic violence.The big tuff guy usually starts crying telling her how much they love them. Now I deal with the pukes that rape and murder women and children. almost 23 years in law enforcement and either you develop a sick sense of humor or this shit will make you eat the end of a barrel!!

Studied? Oh yes, they "studied" a special school, I guess :mad: :D We already had two swells of scandals with politicians using college titles without actually studying the field and knowing anything about it... no way they could make it by fair means...

Concerning the punks beating women, I have only one experience that makes me to agree with Beaverseat. My mom was cheating on my dad, he found out and began to terrorize her. I tried to help them settle it but to no avail. She kept running away and then turning back to him because, like she said, she didn't want to give up the 1/8 possesion of the house she moved to 25 years ago... :rolleyes: Oh, and he's a good cook, that counts, too. :D
