"paint" the very edge of the blade with a Sharpie and then strop. That'll help you to be sure you're actually stropping the very edge.
Also, what was the finest paper you used? If it was something coarse like 320 you're going to be spending hours with the leather.
There is always the possibility that your angle was too steep and you've stropped off the edge. In that case you'll need to back up a few steps on the paper.

This is a picture of the edge, I think the angle its ok.
Help!!!
I'm going nuts with my necker, she is my second Horton and I have it for some time now. She is with me all the time, every day.
I bought her second hand, first owner fucked the edge and made it a V edge instead of a convex.
After some work I turned her into a convex again, started with very fine sand paper and then leather.
The problem is that she has never being really, really sharp, I got her to cut paper and to "kind" of shave but she does not have a real platinum edge.
I being following Brians instructions in the video, but she does not get that super edge.
So, what do I do?
Is it possible that I have "over sharpened" her?
Really guys, I would not post this if I didn't have tried all I know.
I was thinking of using a stone and then start again.
Please, ideas...
Thanks.
