Cultivar: Local Heirloom varieties.
Elevation: 1800-2000 m.a.s.l.
Taste: Good balance of caramels and sweetness. Last drop had a fruity finish. 4.0 stars.

Palate Refresher: Most specialty cafes serve you a signature flavored sparkling mineral water.
Verve Coffee. Had a small soft opening and then closed down but I was lucky that they were hosting a special event.

Notes: Fresh Blueberries, Dark Chocolate, Balanced.
Taste: Nicely balanced chocolate and sweetness. 3.5.
Demitasse. Another place that weights and examines their drinks before serving.

Beans: Demitasse, Foundation Espresso. 50% Guatemala Prenda Linda, 25% Tanzania Kiboko and 25% Ethiopia Lomi Tasha.
Notes: Blackberries, graham cracker, blood orange and anise.
Taste: Good balance of bitter and acidic. Slightly muddled, I couldn't distinguish between the tasting notes. 3.3.
Cafe Dulce. They weight, cup, and taste to make sure your drink is done right!

Beans: Four Barrel, Guatemalan Retina.

Cultivar: Yellow Bourbon & Red Bourbon.
Notes: Tropical Florality, Big Flavor, Guava Mellow, Fresh Cream, Sparkling Syrup, Sweet Apple.
Taste: Medium acidity that had consistency from start to finish. 3.5.

Taste: Smooth acidity which turns to bitters at the last drop. 3.0.

Beans: House blend. "Latin American and East African coffees. The blend's components rotate seasonally in order to capture their peak flavor. Floral and nutty in fragrance, House Blend exudes perfect balance and an inviting sweetness that pair to create the quintessential coffee experience."
Taste: Classic Italian espresso taste with high sweetness in the last drop. 3.5.

Altitude: 15001900 masl.
Cultivar: Caturra & Typica.
Process: Washed and then sun dried.
Notes: "This is a sweet and balanced cup with notes of apple and fresh cherries balanced by flavors of red grape and ripe plum."
Taste: Slightly bitter, acidic top notes. 3.2.
