Coffee

My wife bought me a Sowden soft brew and I used it for the first time today. I was impressed because I was using a dark roast that I haven’t really enjoyed this week in my drip machine. The soft brew took away the harshness and had a very nice flavor. I like being able to remove the grounds (vs French press) and is less time consuming than my pour over.

I’m really glad you’re still enjoying that cribbage board. I do actually still feel bad years later about that secret Santa exchange. I had just joined the forums and had no idea what to send or what kind of knives you were into. Turns out I was way off base with the knife I sent you. I had something made for you that I had set aside figuring I would eventually get your name again and send it to you. It’s not much, but it’s at least something up your alley that I think you would enjoy. If you’re at the same address let me know and I’ll send it along.

Knives come and go. All the ones I had then are gone except for one. My boys favorite. It's the least expensive and least collectable. The cribbage board will never leave me.
As far as the exchange, I had a blast doing it. It was GREAT.

Thanks Ryan for all the loot. There was candy too but the kids ran away with that lol. I’m super stoked about everything. I can’t wait to try the beans and the blades and I love the mug.

Sure, no worries! One of the side benefits to my procrastination is seeing how much everybody else gets carried away, so I know how much to send. 😁;)

The coffee smells really good and the Buck is cool too. Never had one with finger grooves or a drop point. I didn't realize they did both together. Thanks!
