LOL!As you probably already know this is generalized information. Like most recipes, you can change your tolerances on your variables to suite your own needs or taste.
By now you should know that I'm kidding and don't take a lot of this stuff seriously. I rarely miss an opportunity to make fun of things like roasting profiles.
When I used to buy different green beans to try, they usually came with a roasting profile. Roast at xxxº for x minutes, xxxº for x minutes and then xxxº for x minutes.
Year, right. They go into my corn popper until the 2nd crack and out they come onto a cold plate. Done.
