I'm not too impressed so far. The tuff-lite looks pretty intersting but I think it should have a more texturing on the handle. No doubt they're holding out on the major releases.
The BladeForums.com 2024 Traditional Knife is available! Price is $250 ea (shipped within CONUS).

How come the new Voyager is not in the list?
The Gladius machete looks fun. Mirror polished, convex edge![]()
"The leaf shaped blade is hollow ground from imported Japanese AUS 8A Stainless (instead of the cheap steel used by our competitors)"
How come the new Voyager is not in the list?
The 'Hold Out' knives actually look pretty serviceable. FFG folding Sgian Dubh? Hells yes. I've always liked the aesthetics of the sgian dubh, and I've always liked the performance of FFG blades. Plus it says they're using the Triad lock, which is nice, and they don't have the cheap black paint job Cold Steel seems to put on a lot of their knives. The hoes in the handle look pretty retarded, though.
I almost laughed out loud when I saw the Gladius machete. I don't know why, but that strikes me as extremely funny...
EDIT: Derp, it says they're 'hollow ground', although the pictures look like they've got a FFG going on. I'll wait till they come out to see exactly what they're sporting, I guess.
for $40 you'd have to be crazy not to be all over this
