COLD STEEL IN TV/MOVIES

yes, my bad.
The villain's right hand used the Karambit in the fight, it's the main character's "tactical folder" that I couldn't ID.

The main character wasn't using a "tactical folder", he was using a Kershaw Blur. Good knife, but nothing especially tactical about it.

As for Cold Steel in movies and TV, the main villain lady in Dredd used a Double Agent hawkbill to threaten the computer hacker guy at one point. Don't recall anyone mentioning that one yet.

The sheath is wrong, and the scene takes place in New Zealand, so this is potentially a sighting of a clone/counterfeit. But chef Gordon Ramsay gets handed what appears to be a Cold Steel Kukri Machete in the second episode of his new series Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted.

Guys, set your DVR's to record Steve Austin's new show "Straight Up Steve Austin" on USA, we've got some really cool stuff going on in the show!

Ever the Cold Steel fan, actor/comedian Joel McHale naturally carried a Cold Steel knife on his survival adventure with Bear Grylls on a recent episode of Running Wild with Bear Grylls. I wasn't surprised to see him with a Cold Steel, but I was certainly surprised (pleasantly) by which knife he chose: the new Chaos Bowie!

It wasn't just for show, either. He used it multiple times throughout the episode.

It's a big knife! And it got a lot of screen time, which was fun to see.

There was a funny scene when Grylls and McHale first met. Grylls had out his signature Gerber Folding Sheath Knife to feign amputating McHale's leg. He noticed McHale's Chaos Bowie on his belt and said, "Look at that for a knife! Wow, THAT is a proper knife! I've slightly got knife envy!"

I'm sure he did!

Love the end when he puts a grenade in Kiss's mouth(Gene Simmons), and his lair is so cool.
