Cold Steel products YOU want to see?

A Trailmaster with a leather handle and metal pommel like the Fallkniven Thor.
A Natchez Bowie with a full length tang (ditch the cable tang). The Natchez is one of my all-time favorite Bowies and i was crazy excited when i heard a more affordable SK-5 version was coming out...but then i saw pics of the cable tang! I've had a cable tang knife once before (non-Cold Steel knife) and i have no interest in that type of tang.
In keeping with the machete Gladius/Katana/sabre/etc designs how about a Natchez style machete?
Would love to see Cold Steel license and offer accurate copies of the original Harald Moeller Viper style throwing knife series, preferably in carbon steel.

Satin finish version of the AK/Recon/Lawman! 3 1/2 inch blades for the Recon and AK. And G-10 scales Code-4.

I would b very interested in a larger version of their tanto micro recon 1. Maybe 1 more inch, but keeping the same profile and and thickness. Also, instead of the second finger groove a simple straight line.. oh and with a shorter tanto tip with a bit more drop on the wharncliffe back of the blade... maybe a bit wider on the guard so they could accommodate a sturdier notch on the pivot (there is only like 2 mm of steel between the notch and the pivot pin).

XL Tuff Lite (4-5") blade
Fixed blade Tuff Lites: one the size of the current Tuff, and one the size of the XL.

So I did a quick mock-up of what a G-10 Voyager with a thumb plate might look like. I did find that in adding a thumb plate, the blade height would have to minimized by maybe 3/16" or even 1/4" in order to accommodate the thumb plate and to allow the handle to have the same ergonomics.

Had to see it.

Maybe somebody makes an "add on" aftermarket thumbplate that is attatched with a set screw along the flat of the blade as opposed to the very back, so that location, removal, etc can be adapted on a user basis. They did this for BUCK 110s., SOG etc. Great Idea. Would probably sell like hotcakes!

It would be awesome to have a folding version of the magnum tanto. 5.5" VG 1 blade . Wide with a high hollow grind. Highly polished blade except in the hollow. Sculpted G10 scales ( not the super high traction kind)and a wave plate.

A full tang Natchez Bowie would be awesome! I love that particular blade shape and the hand guard & pommel counter balance the blade perfectly. But I'd love to see micarta scales with visible full tang construction, it'd make a great bowie even better.
It's a big solid knife that is very fast and alive in the hand.

The old version of the Voyager XL version was almost exactly as you described. High satin polish, 5 in plus, hollow ground except for the "yakote" area, which sports the LT snap cut "second point" option. FRN handles, smoother than the current version. Those really would have been an "ultra carry" legend w/ the current handles and Triad Lock! Ive got two I love them so much.
:)!! I would consider a trade w/ some boot cash for a Rajah 1 in the same condition.

LongKnife:

This custom maker named Lon Humphery makes full-tang bowies almost exactly like the Natchez. Now the darn things aint cheap, brothers and sisters, but you talk about sweeet!!

With the CSNB, that'll add alot of "junk in the trunk" so to speak.
I love my NB...It used to make a creaking noise when I would use a really hard "power stroke".

I ACCIDENTALLY heated up the handle overnight when it was stashed on my bed rail one winter!

I was working with it the next day and the "pink, pink!!" noise wasn't there. Thank God I didn't melt the micarta, or warp it.

Could you do a polypropelyne crossbow? Tactical Slingshot? and make a bigger shield, the buckler is great but how about a larger one? Two handed "midieval machete"?

Amen to that. If anyone can make a superb production classic lookin' bowie that is Cold Steel.

Natchez is wicked but we bowie lovers really need a full tang ! Cold Steel has proven more than capable at this with the trailmaster. Just a big ass classic looking bowie... just with a full (ideally thick) tang sandwiched within two wooden handles, that'd be superb.

IDE love to see the stag trail master brought back, and IDE also like to see a hollow handled trail master.

I would like to see a full serated edge on the Recon Tanto's. I'm not a all that fond of the difference in feel when you transition from one edge to the other in 50\50 blades

A fixed blade about 6" long with a recurve fully serrated edge, a bit like the serrated Vaquero.

Of course it's probably unnecessary given the serrated Vaquero exists.
