So you're sayin'... you prefer to work for free? That's good to know. I'll be in touch next time I want a review done :D

Hell NO. I dont work for free. Work that is. LOL. Reviewing a knife is fun. Nothing hard about that.

If you ever want a review done.... That id happily do for free... But i wont promise to the quality of said review... I may turn a chicken into chicken tenders, i may chop through a 2x4, i may get drunk, cut a few pieces of paper, some arm hair, smoke a lefty, drink 4 shots, and then stab a purple penguin... What i can say is it will be unique, tailored to the knife at hand :D

I should start charging for sig lines.

Whatever it takes bro, whatever it takes!!

It'll be a couple months at least before i can get out to use some knives in the bush, if you wanna try out the P'tang just let me know and ill let ya borrow it for a week or 2. Its a great blade. The handle takes some getting use to though.

Oh hell yes....another episode of Drunk Guy with Knives. How did you miss the scroll saw?

Really though, if you like bourbon or Scotch and are in the mood for a cocktail instead of a glass on the rocks or neat, try it with sweet tea some time. A wedge of lemon blends in nicely, too.

Woah... Can I call that a cold toddy? Sounds amazing . if it weren't for the caffeine Id make it right now.

HAHA Just barely bud, just barely.

I honestly thought i hit it for a second. It was pure dumb luck that i missed it.

I been drinking a bit... May have smoked one too. But i didnt plan out my follow through very well and I barely have the space for a clean cut. The bottles were cut clean as a whistle though... The base of the bottles stay still and the tops dont fly.... But i almost messed up my saw, and likely would have damaged the blade too.... Thats why i add the "dont do what i do" part LOL

:)

Believe it or not, those kinda reviews and testing vids from you and Vik and Pointy and unit and several other cats, who have all flat-out refused to be paid for their time and effort, even in terms of a free knife or a discount on a knife they might buy in the future because they insist on being brutally honest one way or another, and refuse to be a shill, have been extremely helpful to me. Ya just can't buy that kind of PR.

I'm serious... that kinda feedback has helped me make mortgage payments. I'm immensely appreciative!

On the other hand, if ever some jackwagon youtube egomaniac ever demands free steel from me to "promote" me on his channel like some folks we know... no. That's not gonna happen. And y'all right here will be the first to hear about it, even before that kinda nitwit starts spreading dirt about what an a-hole I am for not kissing his behind.

Y'all already know I'm an a-hole, so... *shrug* :D

That's a very generous and tempting offer. But I don't know if I'll be able to test anytime soon. Plus I'm always worried about borrowing other people's stuff. I'll just buy my own. I also need to get a Condor Eco Parang and maybe a Golok machete. Gonna be a busy spring.

WW, I thought you were going to chop frozen water bottles?!

And i will no worries.

Well... ill try and cut through it clean first... But after that fails ill chop through it... One way or another a knife will make it through a frozen bottle by my hands LOL

But its Saturday... Wife went shopping earlier, picked up groceries and 40 pounds of chicken.... I dont have much freezer space at the moment for a bottle.... I put one in earlier and the wife took it out when she put away groceries. Our freezer is not real big. And 40 pounds of chicken takes a lot of room by itself. LOL

New episode!! The best knife reviews in this solar system, on every planet....and Pluto, too!

Nothing like a little Bailey's and some hand tool use. I got a stair tread cutoff that I'm turning into a cutting board. For crap grade wood, it's got a little quilting, a little bird's eye.....and I now have a crapload of rotini shaped tinder.

One of my favorite tools, maybe the favorite......the old Stanley #53 with a Hock blade. So much fun to use.

Never seems to need sharpening either. Need to find ways to use it more.

I love old hand tools like that. I've recently started watching wranglerstar in youtube, I highly reccomendation his channel, it's fastly becoming one of my favorites

Call it whatever you want. I always called it "Tennessee Tea" back when I mixed iced tea with JD a couple decades ago. Now I just call it, "Thanks for the sweet tea with lemon, babydoll; that's a nice chaser for this glass of KY bourbon". :p

If you really want to get into it deep on a cold winter night, try you some hot tea with lemon and a bit of honey and of course, bourbon. I don't know what that's called either, but I know it's mighty soothing for a sore throat or when you just wanna sit around scritching your favorite dog and watching the snow pile up.

Just realized that I hit 3,000 posts not long ago. I might have to come up with a giveaway of some sort.

Removed because it was icky and expressed a sentiment no man need experience.

 great episode of drunk guy with knives!

The plow guy was just honking his horn for me to get my truck off the street - he couldn't get by - and there's MAYBE 2" that's fallen......snowed about 5" the other day and they didn't even plow. Of course, I'd need 2 yardsticks end to end to measure what's already on the ground....

Christine and I just spilled our coffee watching this. Brilliant.
