I edited my above comment, leaving only the pertinent part related to the issue being discussed. Some BF members have difficulty comprehending how other members seem to have mostly positive experiences on this forum, & when they support a member that they are attacking, they feel "REPULSED".

I visit BF primarily to purchase knives; in 5 months I have purchased approximately 35 very nice knives. I choose not to spend my valuable time on a thread (Wine & Cheese), reading other members negative experiences, incessantly whining, OVER $10! I only read a few of the 8 pages of redundant comments, (so excuse me it I'm ignorant of all of the facts) I have better things to do than read 50 comments of redundant babbling by ONE member!

Some people go through life looking at the glass as half full, some choose to see their glass as half empty (always finding drama, & negativity in EVERYTHING). I knew it was a mistake spending 5 minutes of my valuable time on this negative thread. The only reason I came on "HALL OF FAME" was to tell of a positive experience I had a stellar BF member & I noticed the thread regarding "comeandtakeit."

From now on, I will spend my valuable time only on the sale/trade/buy threads, & away from the drama queens...& thanks to my new found knowledge: there are a couple of BF members/whiners, who I will no longer associate with.

I stand by my comment regarding my positive experience with, comeandtakeit... get over it!

If you had read through you would know that the member is out $140, not $10. Which is a much different ball park in my opinion.

Just a spectator. I haven't had dealings with either member, but hope all gets worked out.
 
I've had my fill of this thread. When one of the two parties involved have an update contact me or any other mods and we will reopen it.

colubrid just contacted me and is basically getting the run around from PayPal.

colubrid informed me that he did finally get the refund from PayPal.
