Been in the stove buying mood again. Bought 4 recently. Also had a custom knife made. Waiting for it in the mail.

Tony Mont knife. Custom for me. Love it. Photos suck, and do it no justice. Little over a 5" handle, walnut, 4 1/2" blade, 1095, antique finish, 1/8" thick.:

Got bored. Made a small book.

We are getting moderate rains and 45 mph winds 68 degrees.
I'm finish with my tour of doctors this week
Added another med for my anxiety.
Cortisone shot in my back to get me to April when I have FMLA again then back surgery.
And they put me on insulin for a while.
And I have parts for my new Ruger 10/22 that I am going to have to go get in this monsoon

weather was great in SW Mo.
clouds and light breezes with the occasional low gust.

They closed the entire area around Mt. Baldy for the next year after the Bridge Fire, not that I had plans for a hike. Sad state of affairs since there IS no plan for normal fuel reduction, such as regular prescribed burns. Educating "the gubmint" seems dang near futile. Especially Sacramento, **AHEM** ... 'Gruesome'.
