Communicating with True North Knives

Neil is most excellent! He is fantastic to deal with. Like has been said, your E-mail could have gotten caught up in his spam filter. Try calling the toll free #. And consider the time difference too.

It is not always possible to call toll free numbers from outside of America.

Hi all,

Thanks very much for your support.

This has nothing to do with toll free numbers, my traveling or any other issues of communication other than that the first email from this gentleman did not reach me due to spam/junk or who knows what. It just got lost- this happens-right?

In this world, when we don't get an answer in a timely manner, the appropriate measure, in my opinion, is to resend the mail or call.

In the case of this gentleman, being from overseas, he did not want to call at his expense, which was his prerogative.

Instead he chose to bring up his displeasure by posting this thread initially in the Hall of Shame- the mods moved it here for which I thank them.

Upon learning about this thread, I immediately contacted the gentlemen and answered all his questions by email and again apologized for the missing emails.

Having done this, I never heard back from him neither responding to my email nor even him acknowledging the receipt of my reply.

So, there you have it.

I do the best I can and reply to all emails in what I consider to be a professional manner.

Best regards,

Neil Ostroff / TNK
