Competition Finish is my absolute favorite (the current generation; don't have any examples of the earlier generation). I love the cross-hatched grind marks. BIG is a close second. I have a couple satin finished INFI RMDs, and although I love them, they show any scratches from use worse than the CF. Even BIG shows scratches worse, as the primary grind on BIG is more uniform than on CF. And I like to use everything I buy (although I may not HAVE used everything I have... yet). So many knives, so little time in the day....
