Condor Knives 2014

A few of those are pretty sweet. I could see myself picking up the Moonstalker (knife is cooler than the dumb name) and the Moonshiner.

Are you telling me you don't stalk by light of the moon? :D

A few of those designs are, in fact, killer! The Crotalus reminds me of an Esee 5 or something along those lines. Probably cheaper, too.

That's a heck of a lineup!
The scimitar looks amazing...I just can't get over it...
And I'm really diggin' the Solobolo and Daikaiju.

Thanks for sharing!

Sorry about the name. I thought it was clever since the father knive was the moonshiner :P I'll have to think outside the box a little more.

I actually like that you put in the effort to come up with clever names that highlight the relationship between knives.

Don't apologize, the designs are speaking the loudest to me. Speaking of outside the box, some of those designs are DEFINITELY outside the box, and I love 'em for it. I took a closer look at the Asmat. That is pretty slick, I admit. And being a Condor product, you know they're going to be priced to sell. Do you work for Condor?

I design for them and tell friends about their stuff :D

Well, I appreciate it. I see multiple products they're going to end up selling to me as a result of your post. I had a Bushlore and a Sapien at one point in time. I went camping one long weekend with a couple of buddies, and I handed those two knives out to them for them to test and beat on (both were new to bushcraft). The weekend ends, and we're all packing up. My buds are standing there and one of 'em holds out the Bushlore to give back to me with this look on his face, like I had asked for his first born kid. I laughed and told the guys to keep the knives, clearly they were a hit.

Thanks Joezilla. Some nice looking blades. I will be taking a closer look. Mike

I used my Hudson Bay to skin a cow the other day. It did very well.

How does the scimitar handle? Is it more like a two handed machete than a sword? Any taper or is it 3mm full length?

I'm curious as well. :)

I prefer wood handles, so the Stratos is my pick from above, the knife I'd be most likely to purchase.
The Moonshiner would be nice if the 'beak' weren't so pronounced.

Nice line up. I like the camping hatchet. Really like the crotalus bunches, and both the moon stalker/shiner.

I would only buy a knife like that scimitar if it came from Condor. Going to make a great conversation piece.
