Condor Knives 2014

I like the range of new stuff, from the very practical to the stuff that's kind of out there like the scimitar and dagger spear. I have been meaning to get some of their blades for a while, this really ups the ante.

Baryonyx, I will undoubtedly be buying from you when I finally pull the trigger, if you get a hold of that scimitar please do a review!

I like the Bombus. I think I'll need to get one in my hands to see how it feels. Maybe replace one of my EDC's

Moonstalker/Moonshiner is a must have for me. Solobolo, Crotalus, and Daikaiju look really nice too, and maybe the Soldier's Axe as well. And I don't own any spears yet, depending on price I might be tempted. I also don't own any of Condor's Latin pattern machetes, but now that they're putting out the El Salvador with wood scales I might finally get one of those as well.

I'd like the price on the El Salvador?? And when can we preorder? I've been looking recently to buy that style of machete and I'm definitely interested in this one. :-)

Lots of awesome knives, but, while probably not as efficient or practical, I'd like some of them to be at least 0.25" inches thick. :D

Pictures and talk about knives is OK but save the questions on prices for Dealer's threads.

Even though it's just your typical Latin pattern machete, the wood handled El Salvador machete is really screaming too me for some reason.

Need more info on that soldier axe, been wanting one without the back spike and heard good things about condor O_O hopefully it's not past the $120 mark

I don't think Condor has anything past the $120 mark, so you should be safe. I think the most expensive product in their line right now is the 18'' Discord machete, and it's like $110 or so...

Actually its good they have names, knives with just numbers for names get repetitive. Especially like the handles on the Crotalus, Moonstalker and Moonshiner.
Also its good to see Condor continuing the trend away from excessive use of choil areas on the blade. I don't mind choils on long choppers but don't care for them much on blades under 10 inches.
Joe other than a shorter length whats the difference between the old Parang Machete and the new Eco parang Machete? Lighter i guess but thinner too?
Is the old Parang machete model still in production? My Condor dealer is out of stock with that model and i was hoping to buy one come spring to keep my other 6 Condors company, lol!
