Dan and I are muscle car aficionados. Love 1968 Chevelles. Best lines of any muscle car ever made in my opinion. We owned 2 of them when we were in our teens. Both had 327 small block V-8s with 400 turbo trans and 12 bolt rear ends. One had a 370 rear gear and the other ran a 456 gear that redlined in seconds! We went to the Milan, Michigan drag strip this past summer to watch the 1/4 mile runs. Lots of horsepower ripping up the track. We had not been there in the past 30 years. They now have 1/8 mile dashes which I thought were awesome! Although he loves the 1/4 mile runs, my brother said fast sprints, coincidentally, like the big 1/8 mile dashes are not his favorite. When asked about their overwhelming popularity, he did agree that nearly every time, big dashes bolster attendance and help to keep the sport alive. It does seem like the 1/8 mile runs are practically over before they start. Any other muscle car nuts out there? Let's drink!!! Jerry :D
Look within and you find love. Love 1968 Chevelles. Miss my Chevelles points back to miss my love. 1968 = AIFH A= Anniversary, Anorexic or Asymetrical, I = Industrial or Introductory, F = Fusion, Full, Flat or Fat, H = Heart, also found within.

"..to my Lou!" is also an example of a toast. He keeps referencing drinking (go figure). "..if you drink enough."

It's in here...gotta be...

16 Ounces Rye Whiskey
6 Ounces Lemon Juice
6 Ounces Orange Juice
8 Teaspoons of Granadine

He also misspelled grenadine. Intentional?

...but his first reference to "the answer lies within" was in this post...

"Finally . . . . . Something Better Than Corn. . . . . Huh????

The answer lies within grasshopper. . . .

Huh???

Let's Drink!

are we trying to un code a blade named Chevelle with handles attached with bolts?
