I enjoyed reading through this again - so thank you Charlie for me reawakening this Thread.
There seems to be a number of different blade shapes for the Castration.
I have a German Knife that has deeply etched “ Castration Knife” and the blades are more a hybrid of a Spey and Drop-point blades.
This blade represents closer the Rope knife shape - but Charlie I am interested - how sharp does this blade get?
Some grinds can have one breaking out in a Sweat just looking at the edge!
This one has that look to me - how do you find this?
