That's a beautiful chopper Bob Choice scales and outstanding proportions, @Cosimo De Benedetto is always on point with those vital aspects: the knives look balanced and feel balanced in use.

Can't help thinking our notable friend @Primble would have a field-day with the creative potential of those scales and fall into a fit beautiful wood

Thank you Bob, it's not up to me about 'copying' the bolster, that's Cosimo's preserve I'm delighted you like it and would love to see more of them, he did a Masterclass on it as I was inspired by a Sheffield Pruner's short bolster. Inspiration turned into satisfaction
