You are quite right Will, concerning Cosimo's ability to get the details so accurate.That's a beautiful chopper BobChoice scales and outstanding proportions, @Cosimo De Benedetto is always on point with those vital aspects: the knives look balanced and feel balanced in use.
Can't help thinking our notable friend @Primble would have a field-day with the creative potential of those scales and fall into a fitbeautiful wood
