Cosimo De BENEDETTO

RayseM RayseM well, as usual I'm odd man out (fortunately ;):D) My Cosimo is more in the Cam Tang direction definitely, it's rounded and the stop is not at all profound, on closing from there it is mild not danger sprung.

I too much prefer knives without HS as I like the smooth controlled opening and closing.

I'm sure he will discuss these needs with you if you wish :)

The Eureka Jack from Cosimo arrived. Will, it does have a wrap around spring on the secondary. Half stops too. The usual fantastic jigging. Threaded and pinched bolsters. I especially like the cap end and how it comes to a point. Beautiful curves. I love it. Here’s some pictures.

I received my first Cosimo De Benedetto knife this past week, a beautiful Lambfoot model with fluted bolsters.
It makes for a wonderful pair sitting next to Charlie's exquisite Waynorth model.

It's an honor to have my Lambfoot compared to Cosimo's! The talent of Bill's GEC team, and a talented Maker's skills are both on display here!!
We indeed live in a brilliant age of Traditional Cutlery!!!
