Wow , you mean a knife is more dangerous with 1/2 stop than without ?
I would have thought the opposite.
But as Rufus I think it would be easy for Cosimo to make a knife without it .

YES, I prefer a knife blade that opens with one motion. Just me

RayseM well, as usual I'm odd man out (fortunately ) My Cosimo is more in the Cam Tang direction definitely, it's rounded and the stop is not at all profound, on closing from there it is mild not danger sprung.

I too much prefer knives without HS as I like the smooth controlled opening and closing.

I'm sure he will discuss these needs with you if you wish

Hey Steve. This morning I got some pictures from Cosimo of a Eureka Jack he is getting ready to send on its way. It sure came out great. I especially like the curves. And the bolster treatment is well…check it out. Thanks for the pic Cosimo.
