Could this be the worst dumbest knife ever ?

Take off the key ring and put it in your prison wallet. The ultimate definition of EDC.

Small enough to supply your gang in cell block C for a dedicated member.

I'll stick with a SAK Classic on my keychain for a mini tool/implement.

Exactly, nobody would have ever thought this thing up otherwise.
Why else would anyone think limiting yourself to the absolute bare minimum of cutting tools that's just barely enough to open boxes is something that people would actually want to do.
 
This knife seems like they cut the end off of an xacto #2 and shoved it into the smallest possible capsule that would fit it. This seems like something someone would buy if they knew they were going places they couldn't go with a blade, probably not a good idea. I use to work at a retailer that didn't allow its employees to carry blades, but I would take a Jiffy cutter because it was something that was actually useful in my job, but this knife is too small to make any excuse for having should you get caught. Just carry a small sak.
