It's not dumb, it's just very limited. I would rather go with one of those small Spydies (@Mecha). I bet they are way better at cutting. Even pills. (At the bottom of image). The smallest is "The Bug", the medium is "The Honeybee".

I kinda like it.Not as a knife to carry in places you're not allowed to carry a knife, but because I like odd little keychain gizmos.
I've seen a few zipper-pull knives with more useful looking edges, though.
Nice selection of mini knives.Ha. I was going to snap a pic of my Bug and Honey Bee. We all know, any blade longer than the Spyderco Bug is simply a waste of material.
I think the Honey Bee is one of the best "accessorizing" blades available. On the rare occasion I wear a tie, the Bee becomes my Tie Tack, with a 1/2"-3/4" dia rare earth magnet behind tie.
With a split ring through the lanyard hole, it makes a really great zipper pull. As do powderless (dummy rounds) of .45 or .223, with brass eye screw through primer pocket.
Add a jump ring to the SpydieHole, and you have an "elegant" necklace pendant.

I think some here know that I'm a total sucker for the many, ODD, odds-n-ends.
Looking at the different sizes of pill vials I have, I think the Maratac Split-Pea would be a good size to start with to "Jimmy" something similar to the OP subject.
Other than some opening & locking systems there hasn’t been much new in knives since before that.Heck, I don't know how many years its been since I carried a knife designed after 1940!![]()
In my country knives that look like other every day objects are illegal to carry.its a micro concealed thingy.
which in some circumstances,
could turn out to be more trouble
for its owner than its supposed worth....
I can already see bunch of 14yo's and mall ninjas wanting that LOLYou can't beat a straight edge wharncliffe for pill cutting. At one point in 2018 I was taking 22 pills in the am and 11 in the pm. Had to cut a lot of them, and the Yojimbo 2 was perfect. For a keychain pill cutter, the Dfly 2 wharncliffe is great. If they ever make it in a better steel I'd buy one.
While this little thing is rather stupid, stuff like this is far more moronic IMO:

If I could only carry the tiniest acceptable knife (for me), it would be a SAK Classic. Although I much prefer the Executive. At least with a small SAK, there are multiple applications. Also, they don't look like items you're trying to sneak past security. IMO, that tiny pill knife could potentially cause more problems than any small SAK.

Looks like a tip off of a swivel knife I use to cut leather.
