It hasn't left the usps in Morton Grove Illinois yet. But I'mma waiting lol! I did pick that store over others on Amazon. I went for a company w/ an address.. I did notice the phone number after the fact.. but no point in calling them now.. and it made more sense to me that they were selling them at $108 as compared to the other places on Amazon that are selling them for cheaper. I did take a gamble, brother lol! Hope it's legit. I know what to look for now when I get it.. so the anticipation keeps going lol! Now it's just gotta move from Morton Grove. Hasn't budged since Wednesday. I appreciate what you said though. It does make me feel a little easier that I'll be all good even if it is a fraud. Just crossing my fingers though lol

I've ordered from Chicago Knife Works before. It is a legitimate company and, as far as I know, an authorized Cold Steel dealer. Your knife should be genuine. Shipping is slow these days, so I wouldn't worry about a delivery delay, either.

Thanks, Steve. It's appreciated. I'm patient w/ the mail. Now that I know I feel more settled. It'll get here when it gets here. You over 40? Remember when you had to send upc labels and money orders for certain toys back in the day? Lol! I appreciate it once again, Steve
 
I just discovered this one yesterday. It's a fake Outdoorsman being sold by multiple vendors on eBay.

AD-10 fakes from China and Hong Kong on Ebay.
We need a specialist on telling the fakes apart.
Positive was the new Gunsite Counterpoints are legit.

Probably bought them at the Parking Lot Sale and then put their logo on.
 
I have an opportunity to get Voyager Large. It has only Cold Steel Taiwan without CTS BD1 or AUS10A marking. It is supposed to be older release. Is it possible?

If could be an older AUS-8 version.

Make sure the pocket clip has a small copyright “c” stamped into the pocket clip following the “Cold Steel” stamp. Fakes often lack the copyright symbol. Feel free to post a picture if you’d like further help.
 
It's was for a long time left in a drawer and never used by my colleague. When it arrives I will post some pics.
