🤣🤣🤣 Walter is a full grown runt, I’ll have you know ! Trust me, he didn’t do any labor either. However, he warmed the old heart strings during the entire project.

Proof of treat, you say ? Hmmm. I gave him a piece of Costco bacon and the turn around on that should be about six hours. Still want me to send a pic ??? 😝

I hope you’re having a grand Labor Day weekend, sir ! 🍻👊🏼🍻

The pups have a way of playing on our heart strings. 😃 Walter looks like he's a happy lad and well loved my friend.

Lol...no thanks.🤣😂 That smile he's giving is reward enough.

All is going good so far and hope yours is as well! 😄😊👍

And our 32 years is chump change? 😂

Also, you need a Golden Retriever dude - 4 out of 5 ^ not bad.
32 years ? That’s awesome. Congratulations !!! I’ve always heard great things about Golden Retrievers. Thank you.
Olde english bulldog is a great breed. Athletic, strong, smart, trainable. Don't confuse them with a regular english bulldog, not even the same league.

Do your research on the breeder though. I wouldn't buy from anyone that isn't an ioeba breeder.

I've never met a more intelligent dog that's so eager to please. We socialized him a lot early on so he loves other dogs and people, but if you behave in a threatening manner, the guard dog comes out. He's scared the crap out of me when he came charging and growling because he didn't recognize me.

He's about 65 pounds and is very muscular. 85 pounds is quite big for the breed so you don't have to worry about them being too large.
Appreciate the info man. I’ll check it out. The only reservation I have , is the name. “Old English” brings back a lot of traumatic memories from my youth. On the other hand, I could name him “800”, right ? 🤣🤣🤣

Oh man! Old English 800 played a significant role in my late teens. I think that it was responsible for my decorating a friend’s wall with a just eaten burrito. And the time another friend looked out his window one morning and saw a decorative swatch of beans on the side of his car door, where I had been a passenger, the night before. Lest you think that I was irresponsible, back then, those are the only times I’ve done something like that, that I can remember, 😬 and pretty much led to my stopping drinking by the time I was 21.

When I was a kid sneaking beers in the park with my buddies, we thought Olde English 800 was some high falutin' brew not for the likes of us.
It was mostly Schlitz, Colt 45, Ballantine Ale, Schaefer, Piels and whatever else we could come by. Funny how we used to hide them under a manhole cover and then come back and drink warm beer until we got a buzz on. (Which didn't take much.)

Maximus is unamused... That the camera I'm pointing at him is not food.

Jo the Machinist Jo the Machinist I am sorry to hear that Sadie has passed on. There is never an easy time to say goodbye to our beloved pets.

I hope that the anniversary cruise allows you to rest, relax, reflect, and enjoy celebrating your marriage. You and Nathan have achieved great success together. I am glad that you are taking this time away for the occasion. I hope it exceeds your expectations.

Phil
