Wow… I had to check AR-Trvlr’s excellent CPK Encyclopedia, but the kukri with a 12” blade and .313” at the ricasso, will be lighter (estimated 25oz) than the 12.1” bladed Behemother that’s .275” at the ricasso (28.4oz).

Can’t wait to feel how it chops. I mentioned using my dad’s Nepalese kukri when I was a scout. They really have impressive chopping ability for the size.

It's not a bad idea
Those scales are still my favorite for choppers. Grippier than any of the other options, and impact absorption/dissipation.

That they’re gorgeous is just an added bonus.

The limited original run means a LOT of folks missed out, and never got the chance to try them.
 
I think I have a problem. Every time a Carothers pre-order goes up.
