Credit Card Charged but no FBMLE

Just want to know did anyone received LEFBM today(Tue/1-16)? Mine hasn't showup yet. I was charged on 12-26-06 & told shipped out last Wed(1-10):confused:
 
would you guys just call the shop, everyone got hit by the flu and stuff wasnt shipped that was ready...... my shop has been battling the flu as well and not much has gotten done here either..... but you wont find out anything unless you call em
 
Life is Good, and getting Busse knives is only easier at a show where Busse happens to be set up at the time.

No big deal here, it'll get here when it gets here. I've avoided calling the shop so that I don't just add to the extra workload.

My CC was hit before Christmas, haven't seen it ether
 
I was concerned about when my LE would arrive so I called Busse. I spoke to Garth who was real polite and helpful. He looked up my order, told me when it shipped and mailed me a tracking number. These guys are as helpful as they can be.
 
still no email saying mine has shipped and got charged on the 24th. oh well waiting is fun for the most part lol :)
 
I called today. Seems like the flu attack at Busse mess up the schedule. No biggy, I am understandable. Have already wait for this long, this is nothing.

Kendra told me they will ship some this week. I hope I'll get my LE this week.

they dont send out an email with the tracking number once it ships? that seems to be standard practice with most mail/internet order stores.

They don't always provide shipping confirm, but they will provide if you ask them. ha, Busse is not a regular internet store, they behave different than others. As a hardcord fan, I am not saying they are doing it right, but Busse provide great after service and warm, friendly customer care.

The end, you don't mind detail much, just let them do what they do.

Holding a new busee alwasy is a fresh, exciting experience that no other blade maker able to provide the same satisfaction. (might be a bit bias cuz i am a fan. But I swear that I felt that way.) :D :D :D
 
I ordered some stuff from daniel defense and they sent me an email telling me my package shipped, but not the tracking number. it left me rather perplexed. I work at a store that does a lot of internet sales and sending a tracking number is pretty standard. Our e commerce software sends it out automatically though. Im not talking $h!t about busse, but I reckon sending a tracking number is always a nice touch.
 
Wuyeah, You mean they haven't shipped yours(1-9) out yet? Because I called Amy last Mon(1-8) was told mine will be ship out on Wed(1-12)

I was told it will be shipped on Tuesday. So I skipped work on friday to wait for my package (got no door man). I tried not to call Busse too much because I know they are busy for others. ).......but all the sit and wait for nothing.

Mine is not out for sure. I called today spok with Kendra, she did a WU search and confirm the bad news to me due to Flu attack at Busse. Kendra told me they will be out this week (no exact date), once the package is out they will provide me with tracking number.

I got my tracking number and it told me that my knife had been delivered to the wrong person in the wrong state. He just happened to have the same name as I. I told Amy there was a problem. She solved the enigma of the mysterious tracking number and she and Jerry fixed everything with alacrity and finesse. The folks at Busse have a ton of class and that is something that cannot be taught or learned. Some folks just have it. They are the best and their customer service can't be beat.
All my thanks to everyone at Busse.

Man! That is crazy! I bet that guy sure was supprised when he opened that box! So how does that work now? Will the mailservice get the knife back from the guy and bring it to you?

Sounds even crazier, how can mailman take away Busse from the wrong reciever :(

We are talking about a newbie/fresh Busse convert who thought he got a Busse for free. If I were him, I will crying out loud :grumpy:
 
We are on it.....but we sorted all of this out and we are shipping EVERYDAY!!! and I swear ....we will get caught up..........I apologize for the delays please be patient:) :)
