I got my tracking number and it told me that my knife had been delivered to the wrong person in the wrong state. He just happened to have the same name as I. I told Amy there was a problem. She solved the enigma of the mysterious tracking number and she and Jerry fixed everything with alacrity and finesse. The folks at Busse have a ton of class and that is something that cannot be taught or learned. Some folks just have it. They are the best and their customer service can't be beat.
